Almost! We print your shipping label as soon as your box is packed and ready for takeoff, so tracking may say “label created” for a few days until the carrier picks it up and gives it its first scan. Carriers are juggling a mountain of packages over the holidays, so that first scan can take a little longer than usual. If your tracking still hasn’t moved in a few days, send an email to support@yums.dev with your order number and we’ll track it down for you.

It all depends on the country! A Netherlands box might bring chocolate-covered waffles and hazelnut treats, while Thailand could deliver zesty seaweed and spicy pineapple candy. No matter where we’re headed, you’ll always get a mix of sweet and savory snacks — including full-size items — all hand-picked by our product discovery team from makers in that month’s featured country.

For your first box, you can choose from:

After that, you will receive the featured box of the month or one of your other preselected choices during signup.

Even if you gifted Universal Yums last year, they’ll still enjoy a world of new flavors this year! We only revisit a few countries, and even then, we swap in fresh snacks and new finds — so every box still feels like a passport to somewhere new.

Yes, you can purchase digital Universal Yums gift cards. The codes can be emailed to your recipient on a specific date or to yourself.

Yes! Note that when purchasing a gift, you’ll be given the option to include a gift note inside the first box with a custom message. However, you can also download and print our at-home gift note here.

Through November 22, every gift subscription longer than 1 month or is not our 3-month Yum box gift, comes with a free Yum Express stocking stuffer and free shipping. Consider it a little extra treat for the trip! Your Yum Express stocking stuffer travels right alongside the first box, so it all arrives together. This promotion only applies to new orders and not renewals.

Nope! Gift subscriptions are prepaid for the number of months you pick, so your recipient can snack their way around the world worry-free.

Unfortunately, we are not able to individually customize the boxes. The ingredients of each snack are listed on the booklet included in your box.

Please be aware that some products are manufactured in a facility that also handles common allergens such as wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soybeans, eggs, milk, fish, and shellfish. If you have severe food allergies please do not purchase our product.

We wish we could! Your Yum Express stocking stuffer travels right alongside your first box, so they ship together to the same address. If you’re purchasing a gift for someone else, just send the whole order to them, and they’ll get both treats at once.

Sorry, bundles stay together for the whole trip, so we can’t split them up to ship to different addresses. Want to send Yums to more than one person? Email support@yums.dev and we’ll help you get snacks to everyone on your list!

There’s no Holiday Subscription Box this year, but stay tuned for our new Yum Voyage box launching later this month!
