To submit an Order Request Form, you will need to create a Universal Yums account. Already have an account? You’re ahead of the game, move on to Step 2!

2 Choose your gift
Choose your Size (Yum, Yum Yum or Super Yum) and Country Box. All country options are listed in the FAQ!

3 Gather your addresses
Fill out the Address Template! You'll find instructions for how to fill out the CSV in the second step of the Order Request Form.

4 Submit your order request
Submit Order Request Form with the information from Steps 2 & 3, using the email associated with your account. We will be in touch with payment details in 1-2 business days.

What's in the boxes?
It all depends on the country! A Netherlands box might bring chocolate-covered waffles and hazelnut treats, while Thailand could deliver zesty seaweed and spicy pineapple candy. No matter where we’re headed, you’ll always get a mix of sweet and savory snacks — including full-size items — all hand-picked by our product discovery team from makers in that month’s featured country.

Can I choose which countries I will receive each month?
For your first box, you can choose from:

Yum Yum: Holiday Around the World Box, Germany, United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Greece, Italy, South Korea, Mexico
Super Yum: Holiday Around the World Box, Germany, United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Greece, Italy, South KoreaAfter that, you will receive the same pre-selected country as all our other subscribers each month.

If I gave Universal Yums as a gift last year, will they receive new countries this year?
Even if you gifted Universal Yums last year, they’ll still enjoy a world of new flavors this year! We only revisit a few countries, and even then, we swap in fresh snacks and new finds — so every box still feels like a passport to somewhere new.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase digital Universal Yums gift cards/a>. The codes can be emailed to your recipient on a specific date or to yourself.

Do you have a gift note I can print?
Yes! Note that when purchasing a gift, you’ll be given the option to include a gift note inside the first box with a custom message. However, you can also download and print our at-home gift note here.

Can I purchase individual products from the boxes?
You can! Just browse to our shop to see if any of your past favorites are available for individual sale!

Can food allergies be accommodated?
Unfortunately, we are not able to individually customize the boxes. The ingredients of each snack are listed on the booklet included in your box.
Please be aware that some products are manufactured in a facility that also handles common allergens such as wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soybeans, eggs, milk, fish, and shellfish. If you have severe food allergies please do not purchase our product.
