Wafer-heavy. The filling had a strange taste to it…overly sweet was the main flavor I got from it. If my eyes were closed, I wouldn’t have known it was supposed to be chocolate or hazelnut.

After trying the mascarpone shortbread I had really high hopes for these as well but they fell short the chocolate had a strange texture and almost had a slight taste of fake American chocolate.
