Acho’s products feature classic Spanish flavors, specifically those from the Murcia region where the company was founded. Their potato chips are made from non-GMO potatoes seasoned with salt. These chips are inspired by the classic Spanish dish huevos fritos (fried eggs), which is cooked over high heat in a generous amount of Spanish olive oil—making them extra crispy! They are the thick, kettle cooked type chip. I didnt like them but they taste exactly like the edges of a fried egg, so I cant fault them. If you’re looking for a unique experience, go for it.

These had amazing texture. They weren’t as thin as American chips, they were thicker and had an amazing crunch. The flavor was exactly like a salted egg. I wasn’t a huge fan though.
