Alpine Cookie With Cocoa Hazelnut. Alpine cake is traditionally called such because it is either covered in chocolate then has white chocolate curls shaved on top, or it is frosted with white frosting into stiff peaks, both representing the Swiss Alps for which this delicious cake is named. While this mini Alpine cookie does not have the looks or the stiff peaks, one bite of it will certainly transport you to those same chilly Swiss Alps—fresh mountain air on your face, and a delicious cookie stuffed with chocolate hazelnut cream to warm you up on the inside!

Variety of textures- crisp, then chewy, then a mix of soft and crunchy filling. Not overly sweet. They taste very similar to the Polish Kolachy cookies from a bakery. Could definitely eat a bunch.
