This was my favorite from Indonesia! Sweet, fluffy cake with hints of coconut and almond. I had never heard of pandan before and now I LOVE it.
This cake is good with slight pistachio and vanilla flavor.
Great flavor and so soft
It’s dry and doesn’t taste like anything. The cream portion is also very small.
The vanilla/floral flavor combined with the coconut cream filling was OK, but the cake itself was dry.
