Rehmat-e-Shereen Soan Papdi

Flaky & Crispy Dessert Sweet. Soan papdi, sometimes also called Patisa, is a traditional dessert that comes from Pakistan and Northern India. It’s a crispy treat made from sugar, gram & wheat flour, ghee, and cardamom for a mildly sweet and fragrant taste. Soan papdi has a delicate, flaky texture and is typically formed into a cube shape but is also sometimes served in flakes. This version is topped with a crunchy combination of chopped pistachios and almonds, which also adds a delightful nutty flavor!

DELICIOUS!!!!!!

When I opened it, I thought it was a type of fudge. And then it started flaking. A texture somewhat like cotton candy, but a sweet and ever so slightly, savory, nutty, buttery, flavor

So this was such an odd but good texture, nothing food related I can compare it too but my kid said it would be like if you could eat that foam insulation board, lol. And the flavor 1000/10.

This was a fun item to try. I’ve never had anything quite like it. The flavor and texture was good.
