Thin, crunchy wafers layered with a cheesecake-flavored cream come together to create these delicious Waffelz; light, airy, and sweet, but with a tang that calls to mind the more complex flavors of cheesecake. With a history dating back to ancient Greece, cheesecake, then called ‘libuma,’ was a delicacy reserved for special occasions. Today, it is most traditionally associated with New York—although it was a German immigrant who brought over ‘käsekuchen’ and popularized it, leading to the widely beloved smooth, velvety New York cheesecake we have today.

Very Delicious! Has a hint of orange flavor to it. Be careful if you are sensitive to Saturated Fat (ie if you have gallstones). Its 50% saturated fat. But… it comes precut in 4 pieces (12.5% each).

I thought they were fine, but not fantastic. You can find similar wafers in the candy aisle of some stores. I was hoping for something more interesting.
