Bohme Pfefferminz Creme-Schokolade

Halle, the German city where the Halle company is based, was once a thriving hotbed of salt production. How they got from ‘salt’ to ‘peppermint chocolate creams’ isn’t exactly clear, but these creme-shokolade balls beat a spoonful of sodium hands-down. They’re made of rich, slightly bitter dark chocolate, bursting with a river of minty filling. You might even try melting them down to make a thick, indulgent sauce for pouring over vanilla ice-cream.
