Emco Müsli Biscuits

While baking with family is a Christmas tradition, Czechs will have biscuits every day throughout the year with a steaming cup of coffee. There’s the linzer, rakvička (little coffin), pracny (bear’s paw), včelí úly (wasp nests), and, of course, our pick for you to try: Müsli oat cookies, chock-full of blueberries and cranberries. There’s real dried fruit in every bite, so that you get a satisfying crunch from the cookie, and a hit of sweetness from the fruit. Of course, no platter of cookies is complete without a tea service to go along with it—although why constrain ourselves to just tea?
