This chocolate cake from O’Mamma is based on the ice-cream – feathery vanilla cake with a creamy white chocolate filling and shavings of delicious chocolate. Also, you’re meant to serve it cold so it really feels like eating ice cream. “Why couldn’t you just sell the ice cream itself?” some of you may be asking. We tried, but it doesn’t last long in the mail.

I thought I’d like this more than I did. It had a strange, metallic after taste and was a lot drier than I was expecting. If it is part of my box fine, but I won’t be buying this separately.
