Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff (Estrogonofe de Frango)

Creamy, rich, and served with white rice and crunchy potato sticks, Brazilian stroganoff is pure comfort food. It’s a staple at family lunches, birthdays, and special occasions all over the country. Originally inspired by a Russian dish, Brazil made it its own with cream, tomato, ketchup, and mustard, turning it into one of the most beloved home-cooked meals in the country.
