
Mango Lassi
Mango Lassi is a yogurt drink originating from the region of Punjab. While there’s different variations of Lassi that are more popular in Pakistan, mango lassi became a staple in western nations! People consider this to be the original ‘smoothie’ dating back to 1000 B.C.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup mango
- 2/4 tbsp aweetened mango pulp
- 5-10 ice cubes
- 1.5-2 tbsp cane sugar
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together in a highspeed blender until smooth.
- Adjust as needed, for more tastiness add 1/2 tbs yogurt, sweetness add a little more sugar, more mango flavor add 1 tsp pulp.
