Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is a yogurt drink originating from the region of Punjab. While there’s different variations of Lassi that are more popular in Pakistan, mango lassi became a staple in western nations! People consider this to be the original ‘smoothie’ dating back to 1000 B.C.

Cook Time: 2-5 minutes

Servings: 2 (8oz. cups)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup mango
  • 2/4 tbsp aweetened mango pulp
  • 5-10 ice cubes
  • 1.5-2 tbsp cane sugar

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a highspeed blender until smooth.
  2. Adjust as needed, for more tastiness add 1/2 tbs yogurt, sweetness add a little more sugar, more mango flavor add 1 tsp pulp.
