Walker's Nonsuch Milk Chocolate Éclairs are called ‘Nonsuch’ after Henry VIII’s 16th century palace of the same name.
Not because of any historical connection - the Tudors didn't have toffee as far as we know - but because the silky sumptuousness of the Walker's recipe was fit for a king.
The trick is to eat them slowly: let the buttery toffee jacket melt into the molten chocolate center for a truly superior candy experience.
